Minimum Entry Requirements

Minimum entry requirements are the requirements a prospective student needs to have in order to be eligible for course application. It is important to note that, minimum entry requirements do not guarantee enrolment into the institution, it is only after selection procedures are finalized that a prospect would be enrolled.


The following are the minimum entry requirements:

  1. Nursing and Midwifery:

    Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with
    at least Four (4) passes in non-religious subjects including Chemistry,
    Biology and Physics/Engineering Sciences. A pass in Basic Mathematics
    and English Language is an added advantage

  2. Clinical Medicine:

    Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with
    at least Four (4) passes in non-religious subjects including Chemistry,
    Biology and Physics/Engineering Sciences. A pass in Basic Mathematics
    and English Language is an added advantage.

  3. Disaster Management:

    Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with
    at least Four (4) passes in non-religious subjects or NVA Level III with
    at least two passes of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination
    (CSEE)

  4. Counseling Psychology:

    Holders of Form IV with at least 4 passes (D) excluding religious subjects
    and Biology may be an added advantage.

  5. Pharmaceutical Sciences:

    Holders of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with
    at least Four (4) passes in non-religious subjects including Chemistry,
    Biology and Physics/Engineering Sciences. A pass in Basic Mathematics
    and English Language is an added advantage
